OFFICIAL RULES

All About Women’s Boutique “Queen For A Day” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT EFFECT ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The drawing/contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The contest/drawing is open to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are cancer survivors. Employees of All About Women’s Health  Boutique and/or their immediate family and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) , and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Drawing/Contest (collectively, the “Entities”) and any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above Entities are not eligible to participate in this Drawing/Contest. Noncompliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification from the Drawing/Contest. No purchase necessary to enter. Entry must be received at the All About Women’s Health Boutique, 23415 Farmington Road, Farmington. Michigan 48336, by 12 noon on October 20, 2023. Random drawing. Odds of winning based upon number of entries.

DRAWING/CONTEST DATES

The “QUEEN FOR A DAY” Drawing/Contest is being held by Ora’s Child, Inc., dba All About Women’ Health Boutique. The drawing/contest begins at 10:00am eastern time on July 1, 2023 and closes at 12 noon on October 20, 2023. Entries received other than during the Contest Dates will be disqualified. The crowning shall be held on October 22, 2023 at 12 noon, eastern time, at the All About Women’s Health Boutique, 23415 Farmington Road, Farmington, Michigan, 48336.

HOW TO ENTER

Entry forms are available at the All About Women’s Health Boutique and at some of the participating entities. The entry form must be completed by the Cancer Survivor and delivered to the All About Women’s Health Boutique, 23415 Farmington Road, Farmington, Michigan 48336, via U. S. mail or in person by the entry deadline, October 20, 2023 at 12 noon.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete or duplicate entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited and will be deemed void. 

Submission of more than one (1) entry by or on behalf of the same person or any effort to circumvent the Official Rules will result in ineligibility. 

WINNING SELECTION

The winning entry shall be randomly selected/drawn from eligible entry forms on October 20. 2023 at 12:00pm., at the All About Women’s Health Boutique, 23415 Farmington Road, Farmington, Michigan, 48336. Any interested person is welcome to view the random drawing.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the random selection shall be final and binding in all respects. Only one (1) entry form per person. Multiple entries shall void all entries. Void where prohibited.

The winning entrant will be notified on October 20, 2023 via the phone number or email provided on the entry form. 

THE CROWNING

Our “Queen” will be crowned and awarded the gifts and merchandise on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the All About Women’s Health Boutique, 23415 Farmington Road, Farmington, MI 48336, commencing at 2:00PM. The winner must be present for the crowning and to receive the gifts and merchandise. 

GIFTS TO THE QUEEN

Gifts to the Queen shall include but are not limited to mastectomy needs (bras and breast prosthesis) provided by the ALL ABOUT WOMEN’S HEALTH BOUTIQUE, gift cards and services provided by various participating businesses in the downtown Farmington and greater Detroit. The winner acknowledges that the gifts/prizes may be taxable and agrees to be responsible for all state, federal, and local taxes applicable to the receipt of this prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize(s) is permitted except that All About Women and donating businesses/sponsors reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize/gift (or portion of a prize/gift) with a prize of comparable or greater cash prize. In the event that a prize/gift cannot be awarded for any reason, or a winner is not capable of redeeming a prize for any reason, All About Women and donating entities shall not be obligated to award any prize. All About Women reserves the right to award the gifts/prizes in a manner to be determined by All About Women in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of All About Women relating to this Drawing/Contest will be final. All entry materials submitted become the property of All About Women. 

HOW TO CLAIM

ALL ABOUT WOMEN’S HEALTH BOUTIQUE will use reasonable efforts to notify the prize/gift winner via email and/or telephone information provided on the entry form submitted during the contest/drawing.

PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY

All About Women’s Health Boutique may collect personal data from entrants. Names may be used. Certain information as stipulated by HIPPA guidelines will be safeguarded and kept private. Names and other information may be used for the purposes of administering the contest/drawing, publicizing the contest/drawing, and other promotional purposes that may benefit All About Women’s Health Boutique. Unless prohibited by law, participation in the contest/drawing constitutes each entrants consent for All About Women’s Health Boutique to use the Entrant’s information for contest/drawing or promotion purposes in any media now or later developed, without payment or consideration to the Entrant, Information collected from Entrants is subject to All About Women’s Health Boutique’s Privacy Policy available at https://allaboutwomenshealthboutique.com.

GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

By participating in the contest/drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions or interpretation of All About Women’s Health Boutique regarding the Official Rules, which are final and legally binding in all respects. Noncompliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification from the contest/drawing. An individual is not a winner until she/he has fully complied with these Official Rules. Entrants hereby waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. All decisions of All About Women’s Health Boutique relating to this contest/drawing will be final and unappealable. This contest/drawing will be administered in the State of Michigan, and by participating, all entrants hereby agree that the laws of the State of Michigan will apply exclusively to the contest/drawing and that any dispute with respect to this contest/drawing will be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in or for the County of Oakland, in the State of Michigan.

By entering the contest/drawing and/or accepting a prize, each entrant (for himself/herself and his/her heirs) hereby releases All About Women’s Health Boutique, the entities, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, governors, employees shareholders, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost, expense, or claims including, but not limited to, third party claims based on: (i) publicity and/or privacy rights, defamation, and intellectual property associated with the Entrant or winner’s participation in the contest/drawing, redemption of any prize in connection with the contest/drawing , and/o ruse or misuse of any prize in connection with the contest/drawing, including, but not limited to, all reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs incurred, property damage, personal injury, and/or death; (ii) anything related to the production, promotion, or execution of the contest/drawing (or participation therein) including preemption, cancellation, or rescheduling; and (iii) anything that may occur in connection with acceptance and/or use of the prizes or while participating in the contest/drawing, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Releases. Furthermore, entrants (i) fully release and hold all contributors harmless from liability, and (ii) acknowledge that the contest/drawing is in no way sponsored, endorse, administered by, or associated with contributors or entities.

By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges that his/her name and likenesses may be posted as a winner on All About Women’s Health Boutique Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Website for advertising and publicity purposed at All About Women’s Health Boutique’s discretion. By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees that submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Ora’s Child, Inc., or All About Women’s Health Boutique under any obligation whatsoever, including to obtain permission to use such images or compensate the entrant. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants, except as provided herein. By entering, entrant agrees that he/she has no right to bring ( and covenants not to bring) any claim, action, or proceedings of any kind or nature whatsoever against the All About Women’s Health Boutique and any released parties in connection with this contest/drawing.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the contest/drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or multi-party action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the City of Farmington in the state of Michigan. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or All About Women’s Health Boutique’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws od the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES

Neither All About Women’s Health Boutique nor any other Releasee shall be responsible for non-conforming, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. Neither All About Women’s Health Boutique nor any other Releasee shall be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by All About Women’s Health Boutique, Releasees, entrants, tampering, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest/drawing, and neither All About Women’s Health Boutique nor Releasee shall assume responsibility for any error, omission, defect, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the materials related to the Contest. All About Women’s Health Boutique reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting multiple entries using different names, or not in compliance with rules/requirements of the contest/drawing; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner; or with intent or apparent intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, embarrass, harm, harass, in any way, any other person. If for any reason the drawing/contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, business or market circumstances, force majeure, public health concerns, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, or any other causes which, All About Women’s Health Boutique in its sole and absolute discretion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest/drawing, All About Women’s Health Boutique reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest/drawing or any portion thereof by posting a notice on its website. If the contest/drawing or any portion of the contest/drawing is terminated before the end of the contest/drawing period, All About Women’s Health Boutique will select a winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date of the contest/drawing. In no event will Ora’s Child, Inc., dba All About Women’s Health Boutique or any releasee be responsible for or liable for any injures, claims, actions, damages, losses, or liability of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or arising from participation in, or the production, promotion or administration of, the contest/drawing, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of a prize that may be awarded. Without limiting the foregoing, all prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchandise, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should any such attempt be made, All About Women’s Health Boutique reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DISCLOSURE OF WINNER

The Contest/drawing winner will be disclosed on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/website of All About Women’s Health Boutique.
